Jeffrey Wilson
Founder & Partner
Jeffrey Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining investment industry. Mr. Wilson brings a wealth of contacts throughout the investment community including institutional investors, retail brokers, investment bankers, mining analysts and private investors. During his career, Mr. Wilson has been involved in numerous equity financings, ranging from IPOs to private placements and syndicated brokered financings.
He is a former Director of Welcome Opportunities Ltd. which was bought out by Endeavour Mining Capital in 2002, and Aquiline Resources Ltd. which was bought out by Pan American Silver in 2009. In 2005, Mr. Wilson was involved in the formation of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., which was bought out in 2012 by New Gold Inc. Mr. Wilson currently serves as President and CEO of Precipitate Gold Corp. and serves as a Director of several private and publicly listed mineral exploration companies.
Roger Blair
Founder & Partner
Roger Blair has over 25 years of progressive experience in capital markets, specializing in the resource sector. He brings an established approach to business with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value. He has significant expertise with a proven track record of success with exploration and development companies in the precious metals, base metals and critical metals sectors.
Mr. Blair’s focus has been cultivating relationships in the North American and international investment community, and developing and executing Investor Relations programs creating significant shareholder value. Over the course of his career, he has assisted in raising over $50 million through various equity financings for public and private companies.
Before founding Acuity Advisory, Roger most recently worked dual roles as Associate Vice President, Marketing at Red Cloud Financial Services and Associate Vice President, Retail Sales at Red Cloud Securities Inc. He has also held Senior Vice President Investor Relations roles with such companies as Hunter Dickinson Inc., Cronus Consulting and led the corporate communications effort for the IMining Group.
Jennifer Duthie

Jennifer Duthie is a communications and investor relations professional with over 18 years of experience, primarily within the junior mining and exploration sector. Specializing in investor relations, corporate communications, executive support, and content strategy, Jennifer supports public and private companies through investor communications, social media strategy, content development, website management, and corporate administration.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked closely with management teams, investors, and stakeholders to develop clear, credible, and compelling communications that strengthen market visibility and shareholder engagement. Her experience includes preparing press releases, investor presentations, marketing materials, executive communications, regulatory filings, and digital content, while also supporting corporate governance and executive operations.
With a strong understanding of the mining and exploration industry, Jennifer is passionate about translating technical and corporate information into accessible messaging that resonates with investors and the broader market. She brings a balanced approach of strategic communications, organization, and hands-on execution to every client and project.
