Jeffrey Wilson
Founder & Partner
Jeffrey Wilson boasts over 25 years of extensive experience in mineral exploration and mining investment. Mr. Wilson has developed a robust network throughout the investor relations landscape, including connections with institutional investors, retail brokers, investment bankers, mining analysts, and private investors. Throughout his career, Mr. Wilson has actively participated in a variety of equity financings, ranging from IPOs to private placements and syndicated brokered financings.
Previously, he served as Director of Welcome Opportunities Ltd., which was acquired by Endeavour Mining Capital in 2002, and Aquiline Resources Ltd., which was taken over by Pan American Silver in 2009. In 2005, Mr. Wilson played a key role in the formation of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., which was subsequently acquired by New Gold Inc. in 2012. Currently, Mr. Wilson holds the position of President and CEO of Precipitate Gold Corp. and is a Director of several mineral exploration companies, both private and publicly listed.
Roger Blair

Roger Blair has over 25 years of experience in capital markets and investor relations, particularly within the resource sector. He has supported financings exceeding $100 million, demonstrating his expertise in enhancing shareholder value through targeted applications in mining investment. With a proven track record of success in mineral exploration and development companies across precious metals, base metals, and critical metals sectors, Mr. Blair brings an established approach to business.
His focus centers on cultivating relationships within the North American and international investment community while developing and executing Investor Relations programs that create significant shareholder value.
Prior to founding Acuity Advisory, Roger held dual roles as Associate Vice President of Marketing at Red Cloud Financial Services and Associate Vice President of Retail Sales at Red Cloud Securities Inc. Additionally, he has served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for companies like Hunter Dickinson Inc. and Cronus Consulting, while also leading corporate communications for the IMining Group.

Jennifer Duthie is a communications and investor relations professional with over 18 years of experience, primarily within the mineral exploration and junior mining sector. Specializing in investor relations, corporate communications, executive support, and content strategy, Jennifer effectively assists both public and private mining investment companies through investor communications, social media strategy, content development, website management, and corporate administration.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has collaborated closely with management teams, investors, and stakeholders to develop clear, credible, and compelling communications that enhance market visibility and strengthen shareholder engagement. Her extensive experience encompasses preparing press releases, investor presentations, marketing materials, executive communications, regulatory filings, and digital content, while also supporting corporate governance and executive operations within the mining sector.
With a strong understanding of the mineral exploration and mining investment landscape, Jennifer is passionate about translating technical and corporate information into accessible messaging that resonates with investors and the broader market. She brings a balanced approach of strategic communications, organization, and hands-on execution to every client and project.
