Jeffrey Wilson
Founder & Partner
Jeffrey Wilson has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining investment industry. Mr. Wilson brings a wealth of contacts throughout the investment community including institutional investors, retail brokers, investment bankers, mining analysts and private investors. During his career, Mr. Wilson has been involved in numerous equity financings, ranging from IPOs to private placements and syndicated brokered financings.
He is a former Director of Welcome Opportunities Ltd. which was bought out by Endeavour Mining Capital in 2002, and Aquiline Resources Ltd. which was bought out by Pan American Silver in 2009. In 2005, Mr. Wilson was involved in the formation of Silver Quest Resources Ltd., which was bought out in 2012 by New Gold Inc. Mr. Wilson currently serves as President and CEO of Precipitate Gold Corp. and serves as a Director of several private and publicly listed mineral exploration companies.
Roger Blair
Founder & Partner
Roger Blair is a mining Investor Relations professional with 22 years of experience in Investor Relations and corporate communications within the global mining industry. He brings an established approach to business with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value. He has significant expertise with a proven track record of success with exploration and development companies in the precious metals, base metals and critical metals sectors.
Mr. Blair’s focus has been cultivating relationships in the North American and international investment community, and developing and executing Investor Relations programs creating significant shareholder value. Over the course of his career, he has assisted in raising over $50 million through various equity financings for public and private companies.
Before founding Acuity Advisory, Roger most recently worked dual roles as Associate Vice President, Marketing at Red Cloud Financial Services and Associate Vice President, Retail Sales at Red Cloud Securities Inc. He has also held Senior Vice President Investor Relations roles with such companies as Hunter Dickinson Inc., Cronus Consulting and led the corporate communications effort for the IMining Group.
Courtney James

Courtney James is the founder of Kindred Communications Inc. and a communications specialist with 10 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, and public relations management. Through her work with Kindred Communications, Courtney has specialized in delivering tailored communications strategies to junior mineral exploration companies, enhancing their market visibility through investor relations, strategic brand development, and social media management.
As part of the team at Acuity Advisory, she brings this expertise to public companies, creating comprehensive strategies that help clients communicate effectively with investors, industry stakeholders, and the broader market. With a deep understanding of the mining industry and experience coordinating successful capital markets events, Courtney helps companies craft their narrative, strengthen their brand presence, and achieve their growth objectives.
